Brian P. Sullivan
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Brian Sullivan is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Clover Investment Group, and President of Clover Restaurant Group.
Brian has held various positions in the private equity, hospitality, lodging and consulting industries. Prior to forming Clover, he worked in the Private Equity Real Estate group at Revolution LLC, where he developed complex financial models and related scenario analyses to evaluate projected operating performance and potential acquisition targets.
Brian began his career in the Lodging Finance & Business Development organization at Marriott International, Inc., where he conducted due diligence and financial analysis for new hotel projects, and operations and revenue improvement analysis for existing properties. He subsequently held positions in Marriott's Portfolio Management Group, where he provided financial performance and market analysis and strategy for limited and select service brand ownership groups. In addition, he helped develop an enterprise-wide strategy for Marriott's sales and marketing organization.
Prior to joining Marriott, Brian worked at America Online, Inc., identifying and working with at-risk partnerships to maintain partner deal values, and was a Director at CCS Fundraising, where he led efforts to secure financing for large capital projects.
Brian received his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the McDonough School at Georgetown University.
